Would you like to become a member of our unique, real estate investment group? If so, contact us as soon as possible for more information on how you may be able to join. Membership is $1,000 per year. This is not a solicitation for investors or investments, but an opportunity for you to join a real estate investment group.

The BrainLink Group, LLC is a local group of investors who enjoy sharing information and taking risks in order to grow financially. We share and provide you with information to benefit you in your deals or, if you choose, deals with us. We explore investment opportunities as a group in various ventures such as residential real estate, franchises, and non-real estate ventures like independent films. We are always open to new and exciting investment ideas and we are open to examining any idea that has the potential for financial growth and advancement.

To become a group member, you must have a good credit history and verifiable employment. This is important because in order for you to be one of us, you must be financially stable and you will need such stability for a minimum line of credit. As a member, you are not required to have any money of your own. We specialize in obtaining and/or directing you to the necessary funds you need in order to invest.

We are also strict on group consultation and your commitment to learn about the industry. Most of our members have multiple years of experience and they are not afraid to share their knowledge and other information with members of the group.

If you are an individual who is generally afraid to invest money or if you have a low tolerance for risk, then this group is not for you. This group is for individuals who are risk averse, aware of the real estate market and who have no fear to invest money in order to make money. Our members have invested in several projects based on extensive research done before investing. Most deals show great profits in short time frames. Having said that, we think you can benefit greatly from being a member of the group, as well as our knowledge of investing. We grow as others continue to tell like-minded individuals about what we do.
